Here he is sorry its been taking so long. I've been really bussy and have hardly had time to draw. The end of the school is almost here and well that means finals and so on also since it's my last year in High School well i'm pretty busy....
I'm so sorry for the lateness of this but i can say that I will submit my drawing they'll just be late..well hope you like....I'll draw another Izaya later on....
